We’re committed to assisting our customers to the fullest extent possible. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a straightforward and transparent cancellation, return, replacement, and refund policy.

Order Cancellation
At Alpha Gadgets, we understand that situations may arise where an order needs to be cancelled. However, due to our fast-moving order processing system and our minimal-margin model, cancellations are subject to the conditions below:
🔒 Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer in the following situations:

The order was placed by mistake

The items in the order are no longer needed
✅ Orders may be cancelled by Alpha Gadgets under these conditions:

One or more items in the order go out of stock after order placement

The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or invalid
🚚 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
This is because Alpha Gadgets has no control over third-party logistics once the order is in transit.
If a customer chooses to reject delivery of a dispatched order, it will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).
⚠️ Note: A cancellation fee may apply in such cases to cover shipping, handling, and RTO charges.
We request our customers to avoid rejecting confirmed deliveries unless absolutely necessary, as RTO incurs significant logistics cost.
🕐 Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel an order:

Within 24 hours of order placement

Before the package is dispatched
Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
🗓️ Processing Time & Holidays

Our order processing team is off on Sundays and national holidays

Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM IST on the day before a holiday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day
💸 Cancellation Fee

No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations requested within 24 hours of order placement and before dispatch
Return Policy
🔄 Return & Replacement Policy
At Alpha Gadgets, we offer a 7-day easy return/replacement policy on most products, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
✅ Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

The product arrived in damaged condition

The wrong product was delivered

The product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or found to be defective
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

Must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Important: If the product seal is opened/voided and the product is not faulty or defective, the return or refund will not be applicable.
Final eligibility for refund/replacement will be determined after inspection at our store. (Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Downloadable software products

Certain health and personal care gadgets (as listed on product pages)
🔁 Replacement Policy (if applicable)
We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

The item is defective (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

The item was damaged during shipping (video proof required)

Wrong item(s) were delivered
⚠️ Note: For items damaged during shipping, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must be recorded before and while unboxing the package, showing the unopened condition and damage clearly.

Refund Policy
✅ Refund Eligibility
A refund will be applicable (eligible) under the following conditions:

The order was cancelled within 24 hours of placement and was not dispatched yet.

The item was returned to our store, and it has successfully passed inspection (i.e., is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition).
🟡 Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

The returned item is not in its original condition, or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery without prior communication or approval.
💰 Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that your return has been received. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request based on the condition of the returned item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment (such as your credit card or bank account).

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:

Sometimes refunds may take a few days to reflect officially. -
Contact your bank or credit card provider.
There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted, even after it's been issued by us.
If you’ve completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at alphagadgets.in@gmail.com with your order ID and relevant bank/card statement. We'll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
🏷️ Sale Items (if applicable)

Refunds for items purchased on sale or using discounts will be limited to the actual amount paid.

Any amount covered by coupon codes or gift cards is non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges, unless the product was damaged during transit.

For transit damage claims, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unopened package and the product being unboxed to verify any damage.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted and return shipping is not prepaid by you, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. -

If you are returning an item worth ₹2,000 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without any damage during transit. -
