  • For orders below ₹5000, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies, along with a handling fee of ₹35 (includes packaging and labelling).

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5000 — no shipping or handling charges will apply.

• 🌐 International Orders
  At Alpha Gadgets, we currently do not offer international shipping for physical hardware products.
  However, we gladly accept international orders for:

  • Software licenses (delivered via email) - License keys will be sent to your registered email address within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned on the respective product page.

  • Digital services (provided remotely) - All digital services will be fulfilled through remote support.

  We are committed to delivering your order accurately, securely, and on time, with genuine components and professional handling.

• 🗺️ Coverage Area:
  We ship to most serviceable postal codes in India, covering over 350 cities. If your location is covered by any major courier partner, your order can be delivered.

• 📅 Shipping Schedule:
  Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be confirmed and processed on the next working day.

• 📦 Partial Shipments:
  In rare cases, items may be shipped separately due to availability or packaging requirements. You will be informed accordingly.

• 🔎 Tracking Information:
  Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be updated in your account. You’ll also receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
  You can track your package using the courier partner’s official website.

• ⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time:
  Most deliveries are completed within 5 – 7 business days, depending on delivery location.
