Shipping Policy

Free Shipping - Shipping cost is on us, regardless of your order value.

We Are Committed To Deliver Your Order Accurately, In Genuine Quality, And On Time.

  • We provide shipping and cover most of the postal codes in India, including over 350 cities across India. Postal codes serviced by any Courier Company will be able to receive the order.

  • We do shipping on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. If you have ordered on Sunday (or Public Holiday), order confirmation happens on next working day.

  • While we shall endeavour to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We appreciate your understanding in this case.

  • We will update you once the package has been shipped. We will update the tracking number against order, in your account. You can check the same by logging on to your account. You will be notified over email and/or SMS as well.

  • Tracking can be done in the respective courier website by entering the tracking number.

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Based on experience, leading logistic partners in India have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days for most shipments. Any pandemic situation will impact some delivery timelines though.

  • Expedited Delivery is also available with us, our logistic partners have some charges to expedite a delivery. The following list should help:
    Expedited Delivery – Rs. 100 per shipment. Delivery within 1-2 business days, available only for Metros and cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru and most of the South India Region.
    Standard Delivery – Free. 2-5 business days all over India.

  • We do same day delivery in Avinashi/Tiruppur only (urban & rural). Same day delivery can be availed at a cost of Rs.200/- per order. Valid for orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day. Such orders are delivered by 09:00 PM very same day.
